yo, the rhythm section made me picture a bunch of sweaty gay men pumping iron...
production is pretty sweet tho and some nice melodic ideas

yeh, wot that last guy he did say...

nah, just kidding, i think he's listening to a different tune. The melodies aren't the obvious choices but that what gives this track it's character. beat sounds real nice. timbres are all well chosen and the harmonies are eerily special to my ears.
i started to watch i am legend last night but about half way through the sounds started lagging about 2 secs behind the visuals, it hurt my head trying to watch it like that and i fell asleep. shame, was enjoying it.
anyways, this is one of favourites from you without a doubt.

I'd really like to intro a track with some 8-bit and overlay it with something a little harder - maybe some gabba. Of course, I could go with the original idea and just do the bog-standard 8-bit + DnB...

i was about to say it lacked dynamics then i saw your comment:P some real nice melodic turns, would benefit from going through and tweaking the velocities on the notes to give it a bit more of a natural feel.

Another review! Thanks. Yeah, dynamics were off because I had to put this song into FL because I was making a CD for somebody, and I wanted all the songs I had. I just wasn't able to get around to tweaking volumes. I did some of them, but not everything how it should have been. Yeah, it could be a lot more natural, but that's hard to do on computer generated music. Not to say that it's impossible, but still.

Slowly getting better I think, as I learn how to do more things.

the little breakdown at around 50secs is freakin gold. i'm with SR, is a bit relentless some of the drums, not the content more just the tone, the section around 1:30, if you stripped the drums a bit and raised the synth that would be absolute dynamite, the melody has real SP feel to it, can't really hear it tho. re-mix this please then it gets a 10:)

yep

certainly does what it says on the tin, you can almost smell that foul breeze. i noes it is for ambience but i would bring the hats forward a bit. melodic content is good, the timbres are all okay, sounds quite 80's for some reason:?
